  1. What is an E-vouchers?
    An E-voucher is just like a normal coupon or discount voucher that is hosted online. Your businesses are directly responsible for your e-vouchers as your account is administered you.

  2. Where and how MY VOUCHERS are shown?
    Your discount vouchers will appear on the voucher page in a listing format. A member will need to register first before they can select and print the vouchers. However, your voucher will be seen even if a non-registered member browses the voucher section.

  3. Can help us to publish MYvoucher?
    Sure! You just email your voucher offer, the Terms and Conditions for the use of the vouchers, and attach a JPG image of your products/services to enquiry@myvoucher.com.my. That’s it!

  4. Will I be approving my vouchers and listing?
    YES! We will email you all the pre-listing and vouchers for your approval. Once you confirm us to go ahead, usually within 1 business day.

  5. Can I change my offers and voucher’s details?
    YES! At any point in time, if you wish to change your offer and voucher’s details to suit your promotion, you need to do is go to "My Account" and enter to "Manage My Voucher".

  6. How does your banner advertising work?
    We display your banner ad on our site (180W x 70H pixels) where it can be seen by our site’s visitors. If someone is interested in your voucher or service, they click on the banner and are transferred automatically to your site where you can tell them more, and hopefully, get them to make a purchase by printing your voucher.
    Other advertisement SIDE BANNER (180W x 200H pixels / 180W x 400H pixels) & HOME PAGE TOP BANNER (980W X 89H) available on our site starts from RM15 per banner per week (size banner) & RM50 per banner per week (home page top banner).

  7. What kind of traffic should I expect?
    Our site is a very targeted site, attracting people who are interested in discount, vouchers, save money, shopping in general. We will be doing lots of off-line advertisement like, newspaper advertisement, distribution of flyer, banner, internet advertisement, Search Engine Optimization and etc to attract even more visitors.

  8. How can I make the payment to MYvoucher.com.my?
    If you interested in any of the above package, you may submit your payment by direct bank in to our bank, upon commencement, payment must pay within 10 working days and made to ONEFOALL ENTERPRISE.
